Q: What means top mounting? And wall mounting?
A: Top mounting means punching and installing on the top ceiling. Wall mounting means installing on the
wall. The holders used in two mounting methods are different. Generally speaking, if the window is near
or next to the ceiling, we suggest you to choose top mounting method.
Q:How long should be the track to be ordered?
A: If you need the curtain occupy the whole wall or choose top mounting method for bay window frame,
the track should be as long as the wall or the width of window frame minus about 2cm. If the window is
small,you can choose side mounting above the window, or top mounting on the ceiling, the track may
be as long as the window plus 40cm (20cm more on each side of window).
Installation method:
1.Make the curved track straight first. You can wind the track up and tie it in reverse.
2.Determine the point to be drilled in the wall, and drill with no.6 drill. The spacing is between 40cm
and must be in the same straight line
3.If it is installed on wood, there is no need to drill hole, and the support can be fixed directly with wood
screw.
4.The track is i-shaped, with narrow side up and wide side down.Slightly curved on the wide side, used
for hanging pulleys.
5.Installation sequence: the wall code is fixed with screws first, and the track is covered with pulley and
sealing before the track is stuck into the wall code. You can use a word screwdriver to make it easier
to push the sliding block.The top code is to hook the top code on the track first, and then fix the top
code with screws, and put the seal and pulley on before fixing the top two on the far side.
Q: How to get a sample?
A: In normal case, 30cm rods/tracks with accessories will be provided as free samples.
Shipping cost will be paid by customers. Sample charges will be refunded when placing order.
Q: How to pack the products? Can we customized?
A: Normal packing: each rod/track in plastic bag, 20pcs/40pcs as a bundle with woven outside,
accessories in cartons.Yes we can pack the goods on your request.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Rods/tracks: 200 meter. Accessories: 500pcs.
For trial order, qty can be discussed and in lower MOQ.
